Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy for New Booth Applications in 2026: Booth cancellation notices must be made in writing via email to the FACSS International Office (scix@scixconference.org). For cancellation notices received before April 1, 50% of rental fees collected shall be refunded. For cancellations received between April 2 – June 14 you will receive a 25% refund. After June 14, 2026, no refunds will be given. Returning exhibitors should refer to the terms and conditions of their original contract and official prior conference communications. FACSS reserves the right to send unpaid invoices to a third party collection agency. Disclaimer: If FACSS must cancel or postpone due to unforeseeable reasons, your booth reservation will transfer to the next live SciX Conference. Downsizing booths will follow the cancellation policy detailed above for the existing booth reservation and a new booth application will be required to secure the new size. |
